Martin has led numerous businesses, specifically in care and retirement living sectors. Martin provides clear leadership, building teams to deliver business aspirations and targets. As CEO of Torsion Care & Projects and the accommodation operating arm of Burghley Retirement, Martin oversees full responsibility for managing stakeholders’ interests, from the day-to-day running of the business to managing expected returns and investments for the board of Torsion Care.
